Crafted with English apples and aromatic cloves, our Winter Solstice spirit is a seasonal infusion developed in our Andover production room. This small-batch release focuses on the natural integration of orchard fruit and warm spice, resulting in a structured profile that highlights the deeper, aromatic notes of the botanicals.

Tasting Notes The palate features the crisp, subtle sweetness of locally grown apples, supported by the earthy, spicy undertones of whole cloves. Because this spirit is produced through a traditional infusion process without added syrups, it maintains a smooth and balanced character with a fragrant, dry finish.
