Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We aim to process and dispatch your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Dispatch Times
We endeavour to ship all orders the next working day, Monday through Thursday.

Weekend Orders
We do not dispatch orders on weekends. Any orders placed after our Thursday dispatch window, or over the weekend (Friday–Sunday), will be shipped on the following Tuesday.

Processing Notes

  • Orders placed on weekdays (Monday–Thursday) are typically dispatched the next working day.
  • Orders placed on Friday may not be dispatched until the following Tuesday.
  • During busy periods, dispatch times may vary slightly, but we will always aim to meet the above schedule.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with any relevant tracking details.

Age Restriction & Verification Wessex Spirits is committed to responsible drinking. In accordance with the Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy. Our delivery partners are required to verify the age of the recipient upon delivery. If the recipient appears under 25, a valid photo ID (Passport, Driving Licence, or PASS-accredited card) will be requested. We cannot leave age-restricted products in a safe place or with a minor; a signature from an adult is required for all successful deliveries.

Alcohol Shipping Policy We ship our small-batch spirits across the UK using tracked, age-verified couriers. Please note the following restrictions:

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 working days.

  • Exclusions: We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses due to the requirement for physical age verification at the point of delivery.

  • Damages & Returns: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours. Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened bottles with the original seal intact.
