Vanilla Tide - Madagascan Vanilla Infused Rum

Produced in small batches in Andover, Vanilla Tide is a dark rum infused with whole Madagascan vanilla pods. This spirit is developed to highlight the natural aromatic synergy between the toasted sugar notes of the rum and the floral warmth of the vanilla. By utilizing a whole-pod infusion process rather than extracts or syrups, we achieve a structured spirit with a deep, integrated flavour profile and a balanced, dry finish.

Tasting Notes The palate is defined by a prominent vanilla aroma that builds upon the mellow, oak-influenced depth of the dark rum base. Because the infusion relies on real botanicals, the sweetness is rounded and natural, leading to a smooth, persistent finish. The absence of artificial additives ensures that the rum’s traditional character remains clear while being complemented by the vanilla's earthy sweetness.

Serving Suggestions

Neat or Over Ice: Serve at room temperature or over large ice cubes to fully observe the aromatic development of the vanilla.
