The Tap Signature Gin

The Tap Signature Gin is a contemporary craft spirit produced in Andover, Hampshire. This small-batch gin is defined by a citrus-led profile integrated with the distinct, numbing spice of Szechuan peppercorns. By utilizing traditional infusion methods in our Andover production room, we have developed a spirit that balances bright acidity with a lingering, aromatic warmth.

Tasting Notes The palate opens with zesty citrus oils, providing a high-toned aromatic base. This is immediately followed by the characteristic tingle of Szechuan pepper, which offers a unique mouthfeel and a subtle, woody spice. Because the spirit is unsweetened and infused with whole botanicals, the finish is dry, crisp, and persistent, allowing the spice to linger without the need for artificial additives.

Serving Suggestions

Signature G&T: Serve over plenty of ice with a premium Mediterranean tonic. The herbal notes of the tonic complement the citrus and pepper profiles.

Citrus Garnish: Add a fresh slice of lemon to further highlight the zesty botanicals and provide a sharp, aromatic lift.

Botanical Highball: Try with soda water and a twist of grapefruit for a drier, more spice-forward experience.
