Our Hibiscus & Summer Berries Gin is crafted in small batches in Andover, using dried hibiscus flowers and a blend of summer berries to create a deep, natural hue. Unlike many contemporary pink gins, this spirit is unsweetened and contains no added syrups, ensuring the traditional juniper character remains at the forefront.
Tasting Notes The palate features an earthy, floral base from the hibiscus, which provides a sophisticated structure to the spirit. This is complemented by the tart, juicy notes of ripe berries, leading into a crisp and dry finish. By avoiding artificial flavourings and colourings, we maintain a profile that is both fragrant and unmistakably gin-focused.
