We peel, slice, and steep whole ripe bananas alongside split vanilla pods and a touch of warm cinnamon—relying entirely on the natural sweetness of the fruit with zero added sugar, syrups, or artificial flavourings.

The result is a decadent, smooth, and naturally sweet spirit that captures the true depth of real banana complemented by dark molasses and toasted baking spices.
