Inspired by Salisbury's beautiful cathedral spire and the support from the people this gin is handcrafted a few miles from the city centre in Andover.
It is infused with natural lemon verbena; no sugar and nothing else added.
A light and citrusy gin which is best served with Fevertree Tonic, lots of ice and a slice of pink grapefruit or orange. It also makes a rather fabulous Tom Collins.
