Brew Tide Coffee Infused Rum

Produced in small batches in Andover, Brew Tide is a dark rum infused with whole, freshly roasted coffee beans. This spirit focuses on the natural synergy between the toasted sugar notes of the rum and the aromatic depth of the coffee, resulting in a structured, full-bodied profile without the use of artificial additives or sweeteners.

Tasting Notes The palate opens with the characteristic warmth of dark rum, quickly followed by a robust espresso aroma. The infusion process draws out natural chocolate undertones and a rounded bitterness that balances the molasses base of the spirit. Because we use real coffee beans rather than syrups, the finish remains clean and focused on the roasted botanical notes.
